Learning Objectives
- Success in business is rarely ever an accidental occurrence. It is the product of planned and careful preparation that is consistently and continuously applied.
- Our aim is to work with participants to establish role clarity and remove the barriers that prevent people from handling, managing and moving between the roles of selling, relationship management and becoming a trusted adviser.
- We’ll work with participants to help them define their own unique personal identity, moving them to make significant step changes in line with their job functions, career aspirations and the goals and objectives of the business.
- We’ll help them to define their own measure of excellence through skills that they have seen, experienced and admired in others, and through live examples taken from companies that successfully lead their fields.
- Participants will be shown how to set relevant, achievable and challenging visions through objectives set across the spectrum of business requirements such as skills, task completion, management and leadership, communication, behavioural relationships, and response.
- They’ll understand what they need to do & change to pursue those visions and goals and we’ll work with participants on specific skills and capability barriers such as mindset and time management.
