Learning Objectives

  • Work with the participants to help them define & reshape their personal identity, motivation and commitment ie: move their current thinking into something deeper & more significant that reflects their career aspirations, leadership & management skills.
  • Work with participants to define and re-evaluate measures of excellence ie: attributes, skills & accomplishments they admire in others (simulated through real live examples from best in class organisations).
  • Establish how to set relevant, realistic and challenging visions and objectives, behaviours and achievables across the personal skills spectrum ie: skills, tasks, attitudes & behaviours, communications & relations etc.
  • Help participants see, understand and buy into what they need to do and change in order to achieve their unique and personal goals.
  • Provide participants with a range of specific skills & techniques that will help them to remove the barriers to ultimate achievement.
  • Work with participants to develop specific skills such as mindset, motivation and time management.
