It’s one thing to build a good team, but quite another to get the very best from them collectively, directionally, consistently and individually. That’s our job and it’s not one we take lightly.
With practised skill, we blend the tools, models and techniques used by many of the world’s best coaches, into an engaging, stimulating, challenging and highly interactive series of workshops and deliverables whose effectiveness can be measured readily in results.
We start by auditing your needs, the needs of the business and the needs of the team. What needs to be done and within what time frames to alter performance and ensure success?
In the end, it’s all about results - your results, set against your expectations.
We start by conducting a thorough analysis of:
- Needs and expectations.
- Setting and defining challenges.
- Current best practice.
- Critical self-analysis.
- Empiricism to measure change.
How training is delivered
In order to make the changes necessary some preparatory groundwork is essential and will cover:
- Prep – essential background reading and detailed familiarity with the programme’s aims and intentions. Everyone’s buy-in is essential to ensure the very highest levels of success.
- Online surveys – collecting views, opinions, expectations and needs of the participants.
- Pre-workshop connection – a 30-minute pre-joining conference call held to connect the participant group, create momentum and set the tone.
The Workshop
TPI Transformational Coaching workshops can be delivered to groups of 12 to 16 participants, or in larger interactive groups of 16 to 60.
The workshop will include:
- Core Competencies – the 6 pillars of great coaching.
- The Role of the Coach – setting, understanding and working with the boundaries that beset individual participants.
- Coaching Models – proven best practice models that bring coaching ‘to life’ and transform random action and incoherence into intention and Positive Personal Action™.
- The Coaching Process – a clear understanding of the coaching journey.
- Coaching tools –a personal toolkit to support every situation.
- Coaching Measures – evaluating success with every participant.
Optional workshops are available and offered to reinforce that coaching experience and build upon what has been learned. Our own philosophy of Review, Reflect and Revise has been instrumental in securing increasingly impressive results for organisations worldwide, encouraging them to build on their own coaching success.
Optional workshops provide:
- Specific context coaching.
- Information specific coaching.
- Challenging new content.
- Subject expert seminars.
- Coach skill reviews.
Who should attend?
Leaders, managers and executives whose roles require them to learn how to be and develop the skills necessary to become effective coaches.
How your organisation benefits
Knowledge is the key to better results. The more you know about how someone will play, the easier it becomes to read the situation, prepare for all eventualities and optimise every opportunity. You cannot achieve that quite so easily, if at all, without insight, information, intelligence and knowledge.
Even the best team can do better. At TPI we’re very good at getting into people’s heads and challenging them to face issues, assimilate best practice, consider options and perform consistently at increasingly higher levels.
You will see the effects of Transformational Coaching in:
- Greater confidence and better team interplay.
- Improved communication.
- Closer collaboration.
- Greater unity.
- Improved results.
- More wins, more often.
What is the delivery format?
